NICOP/POC are delivered by National Database and Registration Authority directly to the applicants. However, due to the change of address or some other issues, some cards remain undelivered and are returned to the Consulate General of Pakistan in Los Angeles. If you have not received your NICOP/POC which had been dispatched to you, kindly click on the “Undelivered NICOP/POC LIST” If your name is in the list, kindly send a certified self-addressed envelope with tracking number and photocopy of your application receipt/Pakistan Passport Copy/US passport /Previous NICOP/POC Copy. The Consulate will promptly mail your card to you.
