Services for attestation and registration of newborn babies will be provided:

Venue: Haveli Grill and Banquet, 4333 Airport Dr, North Highlands, CA 95660

Timing of Services: 1200 hrs to 1700 hrs

Fee:

  1. Attestation fee: $36.00 per Executant /Document
  2. Registration of newborn babies: $30.00 (Please bring a prepaid self-address envelope for return mail)
  3. Mode of payment: Money Order or Cashier Check only in favor of “Consulate General of Pakistan, Los Angeles”.

Note: Documents Requirement for Attestation of Power of Attorney/Attestation.

  • The original power of attorney document/draft.
  • Executant/Deponent’s original valid Pakistani Passport/NICOP/CNIC and copies.
  • A recent passport-size photograph affixed on Power of Attorney by the executant/executants is/are mandatory.
  • Proof of Residence in our area of jurisdiction e.g. copy of state ID or Driving License.
