Timing of Services: 1000 hrs to 1500 hrs
Fee:
- Attestation fee: $36.00 per Executant /Document
- Registration of newborn babies: $30.00
(Please bring a prepaid self-addressed envelope for return mail) - Mode of payment: Money Order or Cashier Check only in favor of “Consulate General of Pakistan, Los Angeles”
Note: Documents Requirement for Attestation of Power of Attorney/Attestation:
- *The original power of attorney document/draft.
- *Executant/Deponent’s original valid Pakistani Passport/NICOP/CNIC and copies.
- *A recent passport size photograph affixed on Power of Attorney by the executant/executants is/are mandatory.
- Proof of Residence in our area of jurisdiction e.g. copy of state ID or Driving License.
