Independence Day 2015

Flag-raising ceremony at Pakistan House, Los Angeles, California. Congresswoman Maxine Waters was the Chief Guest whereas the State Treasurer of California was the Guest of Honour on the occasion. Members of the Consular Corps as well as leaders of various Pakistani-American associations in California attended the event.

Former US Ambassador

Ambassador Cameron Munter (former US Ambassador to Pakistan) visited the Consulate today. As it happened to be his birthday, the Consul General presented him a beautiful book on Pakistan as a birthday present.

Suggestion Box

Change Management continues as per the vision of the Consul General to improve consular services at the Consulate General of Pakistan, Los Angeles. A Suggestion Box has been installed in the Consular Hall of the Consulate. Please help us improve the consular services by providing your valuable feedback.

Press Release

On 21 February 2015, a reception was held in the Consulate General of Pakistan, Los Angeles to inaugurate the new Multi-purpose Community Hall as well as the expanded space of the Consulate (with an additional space of 2000 square feet). Congressman Ed Royce, Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee of the US Congress, was the Chief Guest at the inaugural event. Around 150 guests attended the reception including members of diverse and vibrant Pakistani diaspora on the West Coast, important members of the government of California and representatives of Consular Corps based in Los Angeles. The event was co-hosted by the Council of Pakistani American Affairs, a reputed organization of the Pakistani-American community.

NICOP/POC are delivered by National Database and Registration Authority directly to the applicants. However, due to the change of address or some other issues, some cards remain undelivered and are returned to the Consulate General of Pakistan in Los Angeles. If you have not received your NICOP/POC which had been dispatched to you, kindly click on the “Undelivered NICOP/POC LIST” If your name is in the list, kindly send a certified self-addressed envelope with tracking number and photocopy of your application receipt/Pakistan Passport Copy/US passport /Previous NICOP/POC Copy. The Consulate will promptly mail your card to you.
