Important Information for Passengers flying from Washington DC to Islamabad on 10th May 2020 on PIA Special Flight
PIA Flight on 10th May 2020 departing from Washington D.C. at 18:00 EST (Washington DC Time).
The flight will use the FBO terminal at IAD (Dulles airport) instead of the main airport terminal.
The transportation arrangements from the main terminal to the FBO terminal will be made in 4 intervals beginning at 4 pm local time. At each interval, a bus will arrive at Door 5 of the Arrival/Baggage Claim level of the airport (middle) and pick up approximately 50 passengers
All passengers should meet the bus at Door 5. A map is attached showing the location of Door 5. Passengers that arrive on commercial flights will go to baggage claim and collect their baggage before getting on the bus. There is no transfer of baggage between the commercial flights and the charter flight.

Important Information On Special Flights For PAKISTAN
Two special flights will operate from Washington D.C. (IAD) to Islamabad (ISB) on 10th May 2020 and second to Karachi (KHI) on 13th May 2020.
Another flight from Newark Airport, New Jersey to Lahore will also be operated and its dates will be announced later.
Those Pakistanis who are registered with the Consulate General of Pakistan in Los Angeles are advised as under:
• PIA will generate PNRs and it will conveyed to the Passengers, Pakistani Embassy in Washington DC, Consulate General Los Angeles and to NADRA.
• Passengers will then be asked to arrange payments at NADRA Mega Centers in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi, Gujranwala, Faisalabad and Hyderabad.
• Payment for 10th May 2020 flight to Islamabad will be made in Pakistan in NADRA Mega Centers based on the PNR generated by the PIA.
• PIA will then issue the tickets and will send the same to the passengers.

Details of all the registered Pakistanis with the Consulate General of Pakistan Los Angeles have already been shared with the Embassy of Pakistan in Washington DC.
The information as soon as is received by us, will simultaneously be shared with each passenger who have been issued PNRs by PIA.
Kindly confirm reservations for domestic flights for Washington DC may be made only after PNRs are issued and subsequently tickets have been procured from NADRA Centers to avoid any inconvenience.

Extension in Suspension of International Flights
As per the decision of the Government of Pakistan, the suspension of International flight operations as effected earlier has been extended upto Friday, May 15, 2020 23:59 hours PST.
Remaining provision as applicable to the suspension of International flights reflected in the previous order remain unchanged.
Information for Inbound Travelers to Pakistan
All interested inbound travelers to Pakistan, as per COVID-19 related SOPs, they will be quarantined for 48 hrs on arrival at the respective Airports.
After that, they will undergo coronavirus test and if tested negative, they will be allowed to go home and if positive, then they will be admitted to the hospital.
They will be discharged only if they have two negative tests during a certain period of time. No meet and greet will be permitted.

Extension in Suspension of International and Domestic Flight Operations
Government of Pakistan has extended the suspension of domestic and
International Flights, as effected earlier, upto Thursday, April 30, 2020, 2359
PST.
Remaining provisions as applicable to the suspension of International and
Domestic Flights reflected in the previous orders remain unchanged.
